MPAC and CPC look forward to guiding Douglas Ave Christian Church in a process to build clarity, confidence and precision as they work to move forward with their vision to rebuild their community.
Founded in 1896 in Saint John, NB; Douglas Ave Christian Church exists to Love God, Lover Others, and Serve. Over the past two years they have experienced significant growth as a MPAC/CPC partner and have decided to enter into another year of strategic planning to reach even higher levels of effectiveness.
Michael Arnold, of MPAC, has worked as a Strategic Planner, installing and coaching over 25 plans throughout the North American Continent and in a variety of cultures and settings. Mike has over 20 years experience serving in the non-profit sector and has effectively mobilized staff and volunteers to increase value to their local communities in multiple settings. His unique mixture of leadership, strategic thought and communication skills have enabled him to lead teams to moments of clarity and build plans that are creating great gains in MPAC Partners.
