Headquartered in Garrett, Indiana, Group Dekko has been working to perfect its solutions-oriented customer strategy since its’ founding in 1952. Michael Arnold, of MPAC, has worked as a Strategic Planner, installing and coaching over 30 plans throughout the North American Continent and in a variety of cultures and settings. Mike has over 20 years experience serving in the non-profit sector and has effectively mobilized staff and volunteers to increase value to their local communities in multiple settings. His unique mixture of leadership, strategic thought and communication skills have enabled him to lead teams to moments of clarity and build plans that are creating great gains in MPAC Partners.
