Driven by their vision “To bring living hope to broken peoplethrough a growing relationship with Jesus” CrossWay is guided by their values of Compassion, Truth, Joy, and Trust. This 18-year old community impacts hundreds of people through two campuses in the greater Nashua, NH area.
Michael Arnold, of MPAC, has worked as a Strategic Planner, installing and coaching over 30 plans throughout the North American Continent and in a variety of cultures and settings. Mike has over 20 years experience serving in the non-profit sector and has effectively mobilized staff and volunteers to increase value to their local communities in multiple settings. His unique mixture of leadership, strategic thought and communication skills have enabled him to lead teams to moments of clarity and build plans that are creating great gains in MPAC Partners.
