From an early age, one of Mike’s greatest passions was to see things moving forward. As a third generation entrepreneur, he started his first business as a teenager and experienced the impact of creating a plan and watching it come to life.
Educated at Taylor University (BA) and Trinity International University (MAR), Mike has worked for over 20 years in the non-profit sector and helped multiple organizations move to new heights while effectively mobilizing staff and volunteers to increase value to their local communities. A natural visionary, Mike has a unique ability to see what “could be” and uses a process that helps others discover the future while working toward a common goal. His passion for people and natural communication style has allowed him to influence thousands through speaking, consulting and coaching.
Mike serves as the President and founder of Michael P Arnold Consulting. As a Strategic Planner, he has installed and coached over 50 plans throughout the North American Continent and across a variety of cultures and settings. His unique mixture of leadership, strategic thought and communication skills have enabled him to lead teams to moments of clarity and guided them in building plans that are creating great gains in MPAC Partners. In addition to consulting, Mike has launched and expanded movements at The Chapel in Akron, Ohio; Central Christian Church in Las Vegas, Nevada; North Way Christian Community in Pittsburgh, PA and Crossroads Church in Pittsburgh, PA.
Mike currently lives in Pittsburgh, PA with his wife and two daughters. In his free time he enjoys playing and watching sports and spending time with his family. He serves Crossroads Church as the Pastor at the Cranberry Township location.
